• Handling your enquiry and communicating with you — Art. 6(1)(b) (pre-contractual steps) or (f) (legitimate interest in replying).
• Protecting the form against abuse — Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in service security).

Retention

Form data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and at most 24 months, unless a specific law requires otherwise.

Recipients and hosting

The website and its data are hosted on our own server with Hetzner Online GmbH (EU data centres). We use no third-party analytics or tracking, and fonts are self-hosted — the site loads nothing from external servers.

Cookies

The site uses no tracking or marketing cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise them, email the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection.
